Prior to pursuing a career in recruitment, Vincent worked in the Financial Services Industry with leading Global Investment Banks in Brokerage Sales, Relationship Management, Client Relations, and Assurance Services.

Vincent holds a Masters degree in eBusiness and Bachelors degree in Psychology. Vincent enjoys the outdoors, sports, running, hiking, music, travel, the performing arts, learning, and spending time with family. 

Michelle has broad functional management experience in Executive Search, Recruitment, Finance, Risk Advisory, Audit, Assurance, and Accounting with Global Fortune 500 companies, the Big 4 public accountancy firms, and private companies in the Oil & Gas, Energy, Petrochemical, Commercial Real Estate, Pharmaceutical, Industrial Manufacturing, Consumer Products, Professional Services, Nonprofit, and Financial Services industries.

Michelle draws on her industry and functional knowledge to understand her clients' needs to identify, assess, and recruit middle management to senior level executives. Michelle is recognized for her talent in identifying innovative recruitment solutions that have led to successful outcomes for her clients. Michelle provides a consultative approach to search by gathering market intelligence and developing networks to identify and attract talent to meet her clients' strategic requirements.
